Peter Scupham
Peter Scupham was born in Liverpool. He was Head of English at St Christopher School, Letchworth. Together with his wife Margaret Steward he has restored a derelict Elizabethan Manor house in Norfolk, where they put on plays. The press produced hand-set editions of work by Geoffrey Grigson, Anthony Hecht, John Fuller and many others. Its archive is now in the British Library. Currently he runs a catalogue book business with his wife, specialising in English Literature. His poetry collections include Borrowed Landscapes (2011), Collected Poems (2003), Night Watch (1999), Watching the Perseids (1990) and The Snowing Globe (1972).
