my thoughts are with you

from a little trickle
poor & sad mirror of Ages ago
echo to your unbearable loss

now the sour Stour busted with your tears
shocking my teeming memory
into action –

from the close
dog’s leg crossing Beaconsfield Road
then down the back alley

– recalled for me the new Carrousel –
