Robert ChandlerRobert Chandler is best known for his translations of novels by Vasily Grossman and Andrey Platonov. He has compiled two anthologies for Penguin Classics, of Russian short stories and Russian magic tales. A third anthology, The Penguin Book of Russian Poetry, co-edited with Boris Dralyuk and Irina Mashinski, will be published in February.
