Alex Houen is author of the poetry chapbook Rouge States (Oystercatcher, 2014) and has published poems in numerous journals. His book Powers of Possibility: Experimental American Literature since the 1960s came out with OUP in 2012. He co-edits the online poetry magazine Blackbox Manifold and teaches Modern Literature in the English Faculty, and Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
