Porphyry and Plotinus on Heaven's pavement;
Swedenborg's vision in the darkness of the mind;
Blake in the golden square of Jerusalem,
Terrible as the voice of a lamb,
Innocent as a tiger;
The simplicity of the stone, of the flower that unfurls its petals,

Its stamen and pistils numbered
By Hooker or by Linnaeus;
