Theodore Ell is an Australian writer and editor whose poetry, essays and translations have been published in Australia, Italy and Lebanon. His biography of Italian poet Piero Bigongiari, A Voice in the Fire, was published in 2015. He is an Honorary Lecturer in literature at the Australian National University.
