Read all about it! PN Review is now available on Apple Newsstand!

Exact Editions have issued the following press release announcing the happy arrival of the PNR APP.

LONDON 26 March 2012 - We are delighted to announce that the wonderful PN Review is now available to subscribe to digitally and in Apple Newsstand. Since its launch in 1973, it has seen its fair share of cultural and economical shifts and has emerged as the word on poetry. Editor of the PN Review, Michael Schmidt, explains that "Carcanet has been an innovator in its publishing from its foundation, and we are very pleased now to be offering annual and monthly subscriptions to our poetry magazine through iTunes". This latest move means that the fully searchable archive is now available right at your fingertips, making it easier than ever to find exactly what you are looking for, wherever you are.

PN Review is the first poetry magazine to have its own app in Apple Newsstand. Daryl Rayner, Managing Director of Exact Editions, applauds the move as “a striking development for poetry publishing; and the new iPad with its 'retina display' is the best digital format yet invented for reading poetry." With such a stunning platform to showcase magazines, it is not surprising that PN Review has taken the digital plunge. With a simple tap you can now instantly view the works of the likes of Elaine Feinstein, Hugo Williams and Fleur Adcock, take and send screenshots of your favourite poems, and sync issues for offline reading. You can even sample it for free, making it easier than ever to read a little Ned Denny whilst on the move.

The app is available to download for free here.

Monthly and annual app subscriptions can be purchased within the app for £2.99 and £24.99, respectively.
